The conditions

• Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached
• Final-sale archive pieces are exchange only

How it works

Email care@selecto.com with your order number. We send a prepaid label within one working day. Drop the parcel at any partner point and we refund the original payment method within five working days of receipt.

Exchanges

Tell us the size or colour you would prefer and we reserve it while your return is in transit, so nothing sells out while you wait.

Faulty pieces

If something arrives imperfect, contact us with a photograph. We repair, replace or refund — whichever you prefer — and cover all shipping.
